Nice to read your posts again. I do find it ironic that you who convinced me to stop labeling people with rather outdated terms like liberal and conservative, are still using these terms. In this time, devisiveness is the last thing we need. Here you say that liberals 'feel' instead of 'think.' Well, as someone you would call a 'liberal,' please tell me how I got straight a's in college without thinking? Lefties say this same thing about righties. I think all the various ways of thinking that are unscientific are the problem, and everyone is guilty. We live in a post modern time when all the usual ties that bind civilizations are going away, and we need new laws that are more in line with the best science available, not more name calling... love your blog." |

"Snipet" (pronounced: snipe - it) is not a word.It is a derivative of two words: "Snipe" and "Snippet".
Miriam Webster defines Snipe as: to aim a carping or snide attack, or: to shoot at exposed individuals (as of an enemy's forces) from a usually concealed point of vantage.
Miriam Webster defines Snippet as: : a small part, piece, or thing; especially : a brief quotable passage.
In short, "Snipets" are brief, snide shots at exposed situations from a concealed vantage point.
