Morning TV's One-Sided Climate Crusade -- 04/19/2007 - Media Research Center - Media Reality Check: "Al Gore has complained that the media are biased against the inconvenient truth of global warming. 'I believe that is one of the principal reasons why political leaders around the world have not yet taken action,' Gore told a 'Media Ethics Summit' at Middle Tennessee State University back in February. Gore lectured journalists that any coverage of views opposed to his own was irresponsible, calling it 'balance as bias.'"

"Snipet" (pronounced: snipe - it) is not a word.It is a derivative of two words: "Snipe" and "Snippet".

Miriam Webster defines Snipe as: to aim a carping or snide attack, or: to shoot at exposed individuals (as of an enemy's forces) from a usually concealed point of vantage.

Miriam Webster defines Snippet as: : a small part, piece, or thing; especially : a brief quotable passage.

In short, "Snipets" are brief, snide shots at exposed situations from a concealed vantage point.
