"Snipet" (pronounced: snipe - it) is not a word.It is a derivative of two words: "Snipe" and "Snippet".
Miriam Webster defines Snipe as: to aim a carping or snide attack, or: to shoot at exposed individuals (as of an enemy's forces) from a usually concealed point of vantage.
Miriam Webster defines Snippet as: : a small part, piece, or thing; especially : a brief quotable passage.
In short, "Snipets" are brief, snide shots at exposed situations from a concealed vantage point.

This isn't racism. Racism has to do with race, and most in the middle east are anthropologically grouped caucasoid. This is no more "racial" than linking the color green or a four leafed clover to an Irishman. I think Americans get a little excited nowadays when someone just happens to be a shade darker then they are. :)
Forgive me for getting a chuckle out of this one. I get the same laugh when I see some of my "fellow humanity" driving their '84 pink, tricked out Monte Carlos with 26 inch rims. Haven't run across many white folk doing that...but I guess I shouldn't profile.
