JACK EVOKED AN ANGRY RESPONSE... |

(Post revised)
The aforementioned blogger did post a response, and dubbed me a "troll" (I wonder if that's a racial reference? ha!). Apparently a "troll" is someone who posts a comment to get an angry response.

Hmm. An interesting post indeed. Probably best to avoid that person from now on.

I think you're right, Smorg. At this point I think further attempts at discourse on my part would be considered harrassment on my part. Wouldn't want to do that :)

I had to leave a comment on that blog.

Ha! Nolff, you're my hero!
How are things going? Been to our new expensive stadium yet?
-Jack

Jack? Um, new stadium? Does that mean you live in St. Louis? Are you a *gasp* Cardinals fan?
-
Oops, no Kathy. We have a new stadium for an A team here in Greenville, SC. My buddy from Ill is a Cardinals fan, but I's a Boston fan from way back.

Yes, the new stadium is awesome. I was there opening night.

Planning on going week from Sat.
Westside is looking good.
BTW, that "Mike's America" guy--he's not a real conservative--he's an ideologue. We don't have any true conservatives in America anymore...
If he is censoring, he doesn't belong in blogdom.

I like trolls. They make us grateful for how blessed we are to possess our full faculties of logic and reason. I am once again forced to consider the old adage, "ad hominim attacks are the product of a weak mind."
The troll is very weak indeed. And fun to read. Don't ban him; shame him.

"Snipet" (pronounced: snipe - it) is not a word.It is a derivative of two words: "Snipe" and "Snippet".
Miriam Webster defines Snipe as: to aim a carping or snide attack, or: to shoot at exposed individuals (as of an enemy's forces) from a usually concealed point of vantage.
Miriam Webster defines Snippet as: : a small part, piece, or thing; especially : a brief quotable passage.
In short, "Snipets" are brief, snide shots at exposed situations from a concealed vantage point.
