    Hi EP!

I lived among them up in Canada. They are an arrogant and obstinate bunch--no wonder they never realized the Romans defeated them...:)

I have nothing in particular to say about the French. I do have find it interesting, however, when Americans bash the French (calling them "surrender monkeys" or something to that effect and bring up how we bailed them out of WWII, etc.) because it is very likely that without their help we wouldn't have won the revolutionary war, and the good ol' US of A might not even exist!

"Snipet" (pronounced: snipe - it) is not a word.It is a derivative of two words: "Snipe" and "Snippet".

Miriam Webster defines Snipe as: to aim a carping or snide attack, or: to shoot at exposed individuals (as of an enemy's forces) from a usually concealed point of vantage.

Miriam Webster defines Snippet as: : a small part, piece, or thing; especially : a brief quotable passage.

In short, "Snipets" are brief, snide shots at exposed situations from a concealed vantage point.
