DEEP THROAT

Could it be that those lauding Deep Throat as a hero are the same ones who despise Linda Tripp?

The irony, of course, is that Linda Tripp did it the right way: she took it to government authorities, instead of leaking it to the press; even so, the left thinks she's a traitor.

Fascinating how following the rules to hold a Democrat accountable is treason, but violating the rules to take down a Republican makes you a hero.

The difference is that Deep Throat exposed dangerous, illegal activity. Linda Tripp only provided salacious fodder for the tabloids.

"Snipet" (pronounced: snipe - it) is not a word.It is a derivative of two words: "Snipe" and "Snippet".

Miriam Webster defines Snipe as: to aim a carping or snide attack, or: to shoot at exposed individuals (as of an enemy's forces) from a usually concealed point of vantage.

Miriam Webster defines Snippet as: : a small part, piece, or thing; especially : a brief quotable passage.

In short, "Snipets" are brief, snide shots at exposed situations from a concealed vantage point.
