"Snipet" (pronounced: snipe - it) is not a word.It is a derivative of two words: "Snipe" and "Snippet".
Miriam Webster defines Snipe as: to aim a carping or snide attack, or: to shoot at exposed individuals (as of an enemy's forces) from a usually concealed point of vantage.
Miriam Webster defines Snippet as: : a small part, piece, or thing; especially : a brief quotable passage.
In short, "Snipets" are brief, snide shots at exposed situations from a concealed vantage point.

What is it with these mouth-breathers and throwing pies? There's this guy, there was Pat Buchanan, and a month or two ago someone tried to hit Ann Coulter. Not to mention the nut job who threw an egg at Arnold.
Honestly. How immature can you possibly be to disagree with someone by throwing a pie at them? If us knuckle-dragging, sister-nailing, gun-toting right wing whackos are supposed to listen to these enlightened liberal minds, why can't they show us that they're more intelligent and creative than the Three Stooges?
