Interesting article. But you heard it here first: Hillary will run in 08 and she'll lose in 08.
I don't care how much lipstick you slap on that pig, it still smells like swine.

She's smart, though, Bug...really smart. I think she'll pull it off, whether through new electronic voter fraud, revolution, lawsuits, or just that the GOP won't have anything to send up against her. This has been in the plan since the 90s, and its the best orchestrated plan the Dems have fielded. I understand your sentiments, and what really scares me about her is that she is ideological to a religious degree. We'll keep our fingers crossed, but the Snipet predicts a win in 2008.

Jack, I have to agree with Bug... I think the worst thing the Dems could do is run Hilary. I don't think she can win. She's as divisive as W, and the Reps are at a slight advantage. I also *hope* she doesn't win, b/c after 8 years of division to the magnitude we're currently experiencing, I'd like to see someone win who can really bring this country back together, and I don't think Hilary is that person. Though, I'd take her over another 4 years of the GOP.

Jack I totally agree with you. If Hilary runs for the Dem nomination she will be the 44th president. The only two GOPs that could beat her are Guiliani and/or McCain. McCain couldn't get the nomination. Guiliani could but for some reason I doubt he runs.
My money for the GOP is a Rick Santorum led ticket and I just don't see Santorum/Frist/Bill Owens et al being able to beat her. I hate like hell to say that, but if I were to bet on the election today I'd take Hilary over "the field".

"Snipet" (pronounced: snipe - it) is not a word.It is a derivative of two words: "Snipe" and "Snippet".
Miriam Webster defines Snipe as: to aim a carping or snide attack, or: to shoot at exposed individuals (as of an enemy's forces) from a usually concealed point of vantage.
Miriam Webster defines Snippet as: : a small part, piece, or thing; especially : a brief quotable passage.
In short, "Snipets" are brief, snide shots at exposed situations from a concealed vantage point.
