I don't feel well-versed enough in social security policy to comment on this, but I do have an aside: this guy is part of the Hoover Institute, a conservative think tank *on the campus of Stanford University!*

I just think it's interesting that this thing is in the middle of a college campus in the middle of the SF Bay Area, one of the most liberal regions of the country. But then again, it's also at the heart of Silicon Valley; capitalism at it's finest.

Fascinating isn't it, Kathy. I think the word for it, though, would be DIVERSITY :)

"Snipet" (pronounced: snipe - it) is not a word.It is a derivative of two words: "Snipe" and "Snippet".
Miriam Webster defines Snipe as: to aim a carping or snide attack, or: to shoot at exposed individuals (as of an enemy's forces) from a usually concealed point of vantage.
Miriam Webster defines Snippet as: : a small part, piece, or thing; especially : a brief quotable passage.
In short, "Snipets" are brief, snide shots at exposed situations from a concealed vantage point.
