Socialist, married-to-a-kennedy Arnold Schwarzenegger has just suggested that the Republican Party shift further to the left to "pick up voters". The problem is, this is the same as saying "the Republican Party should compromise its principles" (which are disappearing anyway) or "the Republican Party should become the Democrat Party".
News Flash, Musclehead, the Republican Party already IS LEFT.

Skeets here, Finally back to the blogging after dealing with a family disaster. Scanned your new site real quick and it looks nice
I have to add one thing about Arnold. I doubt he is socialist, democrat or even republican. He is all about himself. He wants to gain more votes so he can stay in office. As for his idea to allow foreigners to be elected president, well this just shows that he has really enjoyed his taste of power and he wants more. Pretty dangerous person if you ask me.
On your Andy Rooney comment awhile back. I am not a very religious person, despite having been raised in a very Catholic household. So I understand when Rooney says he is an atheist. What I don't get is why he can't see what others gain from their faith and why their faith bothers him. If a person wishes to be religous, it's fine with me. Just don't try to convert me. That is the entire point of having freedom of religion. Not to mention that a person who bases their voting record on the 10 Commandments, good rules to follow for even atheists, will probably choose a good person.

Yeah. I LOVED this entreaty from Arnold. Let me get this straight. We score a resounding victory across the nation: the Presidency, both Houses of Congress, and state local elections -- all trending Republican -- and we need to move to the left to gain votes?
I think we're gaining votes just fine.

I see what you mean, Doug. You are probably right about Ahnold.
You too, Bug.

"Snipet" (pronounced: snipe - it) is not a word.It is a derivative of two words: "Snipe" and "Snippet".
Miriam Webster defines Snipe as: to aim a carping or snide attack, or: to shoot at exposed individuals (as of an enemy's forces) from a usually concealed point of vantage.
Miriam Webster defines Snippet as: : a small part, piece, or thing; especially : a brief quotable passage.
In short, "Snipets" are brief, snide shots at exposed situations from a concealed vantage point.
